Peng Sum has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry from multiple
destinations across Asia and Europe. As CEO, he leads the Group’s global operations and
expansion, with its commitment to delivering trusted and sincere hospitality. He is a member of
the Board of Directors for Pan Pacific Hotels Group and Global Hotel Alliance.
Executive Director of Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset
Wei Ling joined the Group more than 30 years ago and is responsible for its sustainability strategy, as well as the asset management of hotel properties that the Group owns. Ms Wee also founded and manages the Group’s lifestyle brands such as St. Gregory and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant.
Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer
Celine oversees PPHG's commercial strategy and performance across both corporate and property
levels across its portfolio of Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION, and PARKROYAL brands. With
over three decades of experience across some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotel
brands, Celine brings deep expertise in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand equity, and
building high-performing teams.
Senior Vice-President, Finance
Valerie Foo’s career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial reporting and management. As the Senior Vice President, Finance of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Valerie is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including reporting, corporate finance and treasury. She also oversees the information technology and investment functions.
Senior Vice-President, People & Culture
Andreas focuses on talent acquisition and management, learning and development, service culture,
employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits. He has over 30 years of human
resources experience in the hospitality industry as well as from private and public sector
organisations.
Senior Vice President, Head of Operations
Craig focuses on driving operational excellence across the group by establishing strategic routes to meet commercial and organizational objectives. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded growth and operations across various international markets and his deep understanding of the hospitality sector and cultural nuances enables him to drive consistent excellence across the guest journey.
Vice President, Development (Head of Development)
Kate leads the strategic growth of the group, driving efforts to secure new management opportunities and expand the portfolio. She brings extensive experience in development planning, feasibility studies, and project management across the Asia Pacific region.
